Desktop Support Analyst in Westlake, Ohio

Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Westlake, Ohio. This role primarily focuses on providing IT support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Providing efficient IT support to end users

• Utilizing remote support tools to resolve issues

• Navigating computer hardware and Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating systems for break fix tasks

• Operating ticketing system to track and manage support requests

• Assisting in the use of Office Suites and web browsers

• Upholding a high standard of service in all interactions with users

• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent disruptions

• Ensuring all support activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining Computer Hardware

• Demonstrable experience in Break Fix methodology

• Sound understanding of Windows 11 operating system

• Proficient in using Windows 10

• Proficiency in using Office Suites for administrative tasks

• Good understanding of various Web Browsers and their functionalities

• Ability to provide effective Remote Support to clients

• Experience in using Remote Support Tools to resolve client issues

• Familiarity with the use of Ticketing System for issue tracking and resolution Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
