*About the Role:*
We are seeking skilled and reliable *Desktop Support Technicians* to join our client’s team in Santa Isabel, PR. In this long-term contract role, you’ll provide frontline technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and help maintain a stable and secure IT environment in a mission-critical setting.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support to end users
* Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and various enterprise applications
* Assist with hardware setups, imaging, and system deployments
* Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
* Maintain compliance with security protocols and IT policies
* Collaborate with IT staff and stakeholders in a high-security, team-oriented environment
*Qualifications:*
* 1+ years of experience in desktop or technical support roles
* Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
