Our client in *North Charleston, SC* is looking for a *Desktop Support Technician* to join their team on a *long-term contract* with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a *3rd Shift position (Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM; 1-hour lunch)*-perfect for night owls or those looking to break into enterprise-level IT support.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide *break/fix support* for computing hardware including Windows 10 desktops, laptops, monitors, and light cabling (Dell experience is a plus).
* Perform *re-imaging, software loading, and device deployment* to keep systems running smoothly.
* Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deploy hot-swap devices as needed.
* Conduct proactive walks to identify and resolve trouble spots on the production floor.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Certifications* like A+, Net+, Sec+, MCP-or equivalent hands-on experience.
* At least *6+ months of enterprise-level work environment IT support experience*.
* Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
* Ability to thrive in a *fast-paced, highly collaborative environment*.
