TechCeFaCos Group is an officially registered Cameroon non-profit, apolitical, charity-oriented and developmental CIG with authorization No.: NW/GP/27/04/8170, in compliance with Law No.: 92/006 of 14 august 1992 relating to cooperative societies and common initiative groups and its decree of application No.: 92/455/PM of 23rd November 1992.
TechCeFaCos Group-Is to create a positive impact in the lives of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities. Its’ vision is the ‘Creation of New Hope’ that will enhance wealth creation by providing them empowerment as a crucial element for TechCeFaCos’ development and humanitarian programmes: expresses empowerment as the only solution to Cameroon and Africa’s economic and unemployment hurdles!
TechCeFaCos NGO Cameroon aims at promoting and encouraging developmental policies and strategic initiatives toward arts and computer technologies through strategic plans for greater socio-economic and educational development in Cameroon.

Context

The Refugee Empowerment Centre – RECE Gembu is a critical hub for refugee empowerment and community development in Gembu, Nigeria. The centre requires upgrades to its infrastructure and programs to better serve the needs of refugees and host communities.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Volunteer, you will be responsible for developing a proposal and searching for potential donors to upgrade the Refugee Empowerment Centre – RECE Gembu. The center provides vital services to refugees and host communities in Gembu, Nigeria.
Your tasks will include:
1. Conducting research on potential donors, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
2. Developing a comprehensive proposal outlining the needs and goals of the Refugee Empowerment Centre – RECE Gembu.
3. Collaborating with the TechCeFaCos team to refine the proposal and donor outreach strategy.Online Volunteers won”t be asked to submit any documents on behalf of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor”s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, non-profit management, marketing).
2. Proven experience in proposal writing, donor research, and fundraising.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
