• 8-10 years of hands on exp Hands on Client Proficy is a must.

• Proficy Plant Application, IGS, Kepware, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), NET scripting

Job Description:

• This role is open to remote candidates with strong exp in Client Proficy.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Exhaustive technical knowledge and experience in design & development of Client Proficy MES applications OPC interfaces, SQL data bases and scripting Hands on experience with Client Proficy is a must!
• Responsible for the day-to-day development, enhancement, and implementation of Client Proficy Manufacturing Suite products Should be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout, enhancements Should be able to do effective communication with other teams, customers, and third-party vendors Should have been part of MES deployment (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in planning, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etc.

Required Skills:

• Client MES Suite.
• Proficy Plant Application, Historian, IGS, Kepware, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), .NET scripting, Communication Skill Functional Good understanding of Battery Manufacturing processes Good understanding of MESA, ISA95, etc.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing processes used in discrete industry and relevant IT systems.
• Exposure to functions such as Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, etc.
• Experience in understanding Business and Automobile specific KPI’s. Technical Experience in Supporting, configuring & deploying Client Proficy MES suite for Automobile Industries.
• Experience on any of the historians & DB’s like SQL, etc.
• General Experience in managing MES Implementations, Global Roll out.
• Ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams successfully. “
• “Understanding of PLC, SCADA Systems, Client Cimplicity Tracker Experience in other MES system like Apriso.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an IT system environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills “
• Looking for a highly technical leader. Needs to be hands-on about 50-60% of the time.
• Extensive exp, targeting 8-10 years of hands on exp Hands on Client Proficy is a must! Candidates without this specific experience will be rejected.
