The Development Specialist will assist in the implementation of administrative processes, systems, and structures that support the strong fundraising program focused on the Foundation.
Minimum experience:
5 years Directly related project or administrative experience.
Minimum Skills:
Self-starter with outstanding computer, communication and people skills.
Strong writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills,
Attention to detail,
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals is essential.
Must be demonstrate expertise and skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and email platforms.
A flexible, collaborative, and adaptable work style a sense of humor are also desired qualities.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary range for this position is $29.00 – $45.20. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, State, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
