Job Description:
1. Understand the strategic direction of product and delivery value with effective development techniques.
2. Perform “what-if” analysis to simulate network stress tests and survivability. 3. Predict effects of configuration changes, identity applications bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance.
4. Lead the Financial Accounting Project Team working on Tech remediation and development with Salesforce, Java and SQL.
5. Lead technical discussions with multi-functional teams.
6. Drive full and accurate adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices using Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, etc.
7. Responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT, leveraging strong communications skills to do this optimally. 8. Lead technical discussions and work as well as influence many multi-functional teams.
9. Act as an agent for change regarding the new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews.
10. Mentor team members and drive full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practice.
11. Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems that are primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
12. Other duties as required.
13. Part-time telecommuting permitted.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science or in a closely related field followed by five (5) years of progressively responsible software engineering experience. Experience must include:
- Full knowledge of the complete Software Development Lifecycle;
- J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and CSS;
- Working in an Agile Development Environment; and,
- JBOSS and MySQL.
Or
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent* in computer science or in a closely related field followed by two (2) years of software engineering experience. Experience must include:
- Full knowledge of the complete Software Development Lifecycle;
- J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and CSS;
- Working in an Agile Development Environment;
- JBOSS and MySQL.
- Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by qualified evaluation service.
Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
40 hours per week 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 – $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
