We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the Operations & Maintenance team on a GSA program. This role supports a mission-critical federal system built on legacy Documentum in AWS and contributes to efforts focused on automation, system integration, operational reliability, and ongoing maintenance activities. The engineer will support production operations, troubleshooting, deployment activities, and maintenance of both legacy and modernized platform components, including AI-enabled functionality as applicable.
At Fearless, this Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable systems across all stages of the software and data lifecycle. This role is instrumental in delivering secure, efficient, and scalable solutions that directly impact the success of projects, teams, and organizational goals.This role will possess and/or develop the skillsto be able to span the domains of software development, data engineering, infrastructure automation, information assurance, and AI/ML integration at a practical Application level of proficiency .This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to contribute across the entire technology stack-software, infrastructure, data, AI, and security-to ensure quality, speed, and innovation in delivery.

The salary range for this position is:
Minimum Salary: $96,132
Salary Midpoint: $124,971
Maximum Salary: $162,462
Hiring Range for Role: $96,132 – $150,000
*This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance criteria.
