Your tranformation challenge …

• As a valued member of our Digital Consultancy team you will take part in various tasks along the customer life cycle including:
• product management – managing product road map, defining customer’s pain-points and suggesting the right technical solutions, creating user stories, cooperating with our software development teams
• customer business consultancy -accompanying our sales colleagues to demonstrate our applications and offer industry and solution expertise consultancy also for existing customers
• project delivery – acting as the IT project manager, supporting our customers in our product onboarding and integration processes and users trainings
• organization development initiatives – taking on a role in process improvement, knowledge sharing, recruitment processes

You can enrich our team with …

• your software as a service product management experience, being customer’s advocate, creating roadmap for development, prioritization; logistic industry knowledge and experience is an advantage
• great consultancy skills, understanding customer needs and being able to offer the right technical solution
• project management and organizational capabilities, self-discipline and time management
• startup mentality, openness to overtake responsibility and have broadly defined tasks
