How can you make a difference?
The Digital Governance and Platforms (DGP) team within UNICEF’s Division of Global Communication and Advocacy (GCA) plays a critical role in managing UNICEF’s public-facing digital ecosystem, ensuring that governance frameworks, workflows, and platforms are implemented consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards.
As part of its Digital Transformation Strategy and Future Generation Initiative, UNICEF is advancing two key priorities under this consultancy: the implementation of structured governance workflows (via Service Gateway and related processes), and the mapping of operational workflows across the newly established Website, Editorial and Governance (WEG) section. These initiatives are essential to improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and ensuring clarity of roles and processes across the section.
To support these efforts, UNICEF is seeking a qualified consultant to work with the DGP team across two interconnected workstreams: the identification and assessment of WEG section workflows for potential implementation in ServiceNow; and the coordination of the implementation and adoption of DGP governance services in ServiceNow (Service Gateway). The consultant will ensure that progress is consistently tracked against defined deliverables, and that workflows are effectively implemented in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
