Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Head of the Digital Literacy Programme to develop and update the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current digital trends and the needs of the students. Create and utilize educational materials, such as presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
B. Student Support
1. Mentor and Guide Students: Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing their questions and challenges as they learn new digital skills. Encourage a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and confidence.
2. Assess Student Progress: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, practical exercises, and feedback sessions, providing constructive feedback to aid their development. Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance to track student progress.
