Digital Marketing Executive. Based Letchworth
£32,000 + Excellent training & BenefitsTo be considered for this role you must currently live with 10 miles of LetchworthKey Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
• Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, engaging with our audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve results.
• SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
