Facilitate exceptional online shopping experiences for a great business who are looking to drive online sales in 2025 and beyond!They are looking for some to join them in driving online engagement with their products, managing the online shopper journey to convert those who shop online and increase retention so their customers come back again and again.What You’ll do:
Understand and the customer journey from building awareness through digital marketing all the way through purchase to beyond to understand how to attract and retain new and existing customers to the online shop.You’ll manage digital marketing campaigns including Social Media, PPC, SEO and Email Marketing (with external help) to develop creative digital marketing campaigns that increase conversion rates.In a nutshell:Driving traffic to the website with digital marketing will be your focusYou’ll love following the customer journey – seeing what they add to basket / whether they abandon basket and how you can encourage them to returm.You’ll drive sales online, knowing your conversion rate and seeing if you can find ways to improve it.Use data and analytics to enhance performance, and maximise results.Improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, AOV and CTR.Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure campaigns align.Increase the consumer database and develop mechanics to encourage consumers to sign up.Manage the email marketing process, including planning, briefing, amendments, testing, sign off and deployment, improving engagement and conversion.Required Experience

• An understanding of SEO and PPC and how to report on performance using Google Analytics.
• Experience in a digital marketing role selling products online
• Experience working with ecommerce websites like Shopify
• Experience working with email marketing tools e.g Hubspot, Mailchimp or Klaviyo

Expected salary

£34000 – 36000 per year
