OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing and growth initiatives. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing our digital presence across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team.You’ll manage and update our WordPress sites, play a key role in conversion rate optimization initiatives, build campaigns in HubSpot/Pardot, and leverage web analytics tools to inform and refine marketing strategies.Note: Candidates will be asked to complete a brief skills assessment as part of the hiring process to demonstrate proficiency in key tools and capabilities outlined below.Key Responsibilities

• Website Management & Development

• Own the daily updates, upkeep, and performance of the corporate websites (WordPress and Elementor)

• Build new landing pages, product pages, campaign microsites, and other web assets as needed.

• Ensure site performance, responsiveness, and optimization across devices.

• Digital Marketing & Demand Program Support

• Execute and support demand generation programs within HubSpot/Pardot

• Provide backend support for digital tools and systems (tracking, tagging, CRM integrations, etc.)

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to implement digital strategies and ensure brand and message consistency.

• Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and related platforms

• Maintain a structured optimization testing cadence to continually drive improvements to conversion rates.

• SEO

• Support on-page SEO initiatives, including metadata updates, internal linking, and structured data enhancements.

• Monitor organic search performance and execute improvements based on keyword trends and SEO audits.

• Stay current on LLM best practices, SEO, and digital marketing trends

Qualifications

• 4-5years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related fields

• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor (or comparable theme), Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital performance tracking

• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and LLM (large language model) content best practices

• Strong attention to detail with an eye for clean design and user experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable learning new tools and adapting to evolving digital trends

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript knowledge is a plus).

• Understanding of how websites are hosted and served, including concepts like domains, DNS, SSL, caching, redirects, and CDN performance.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in SaaS, B2B, or B2G technology environments.

• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, including 6sense, Google Ads, etc.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ADA compliance for digital content.
