That’s what Langley Residential Support Services has been doing for residents of Fairfax County since 1983. LRSS is seeking people for our Direct Support Professional team who believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a rich, full life.
We are currently looking for all shifts, morning, day, evenings and overnight. We are seeking experienced, reliable, friendly people to work with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in Langley Residential’s group homes and community support program.
In addition to being a caring, hard-working individual with a passion for helping others, qualified candidates for this position must:

• Be self-directed with a superior work ethic
• Be self-motivated
• Be experienced in providing skills training
• Be able to document activities and outcomes of individuals accurately
• Successfully complete a pre-employment screening, such as a background check, drug test, and reference verification
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
