Direct Support Provider (3441)

WHO WE ARE:

TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to create opportunities for our supported individuals. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community.

BEING A DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER:

We’re looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, both in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver’s license is also required.

No experience is necessary! Paid Training! The opportunity to change someone’s life for the better!

Shifts Available:

Group Homes (FT/PT):
- Afternoon/Evening Shifts: Sat-Sun 9a-9p, Mon 3p-9p, Tue-Fri 3p-11p
- Overnights: Sat-Mon 9p-9a or Tue-Fri 11p-9a

TCH conducts Open Interviews every Monday thru Friday at our Tempe Headquarters (215 W. Lodge Drive, Tempe, 85283) from 9am-2pm.
