SBM Management is searching for a Director of Change Management to join our team! 

The Director of Change Management will lead the organizational change strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure a seamless transition by developing and executing comprehensive change management plans. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-wide technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and training development. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured change management strategy for enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the change management strategy and plan for the Workday implementation project.
  • Collaborate with executives, HR, IT, and business leaders to align on change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
  • Create and deliver change communication plans, ensuring clear and effective messaging at all organizational levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the long-term success of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications 

  • Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on HRIS, ERP, or Workday implementations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations and technology-driven change initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into change management strategies.
  • Experience with Workday implementation cycles, including deployment, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to measure change impact.
  • Previous experience in HR, IT, or Finance transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Compensation: $165,000 per year
