To achieve this we are seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Estates, to provide innovative leadership which enables the delivery of our strategy through creating a sense of belonging on campus and a seamless connection between physical and digital spaces.RoleA key member of the university’s extended leadership team, reporting to the Chief Transformation and Resources Officer, Tracey Jessup, the Director will drive high levels of provision to enhance the student and academic experience, reinforce the centrality of the University to the city and its communities, and ensure that the estate acts as a fundamental enabler for achieving the university’s ambitions.The role is on a full time, permanent basis.Ideal CandidateThe new Director will have substantial senior leadership experience, gained across multiple areas of relevance to the portfolio, combined with a proven ability to drive improvement across a complex environment.
