- Maximize Employee Support: Act as the primary support for employees, providing access to tools, resources, health benefits, wellness programs, and savings plans. Address and resolve employee issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Promote Inclusion & Safety: Champion diversity, foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, and ensure compliance with workplace policies and regulations.
Requirements
- HR Leadership Experience in Retail: 7-10 years of HR experience, including managing people and processes in high-traffic retail environments. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; bilingualism is an asset.
- Agile Leadership: Exceptional planning and adaptability skills, with a proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams. Combine strong business orientation with empathy and a focus on human connection.
- People-Centered Approach: Skilled at fostering positive workplace cultures, recognizing employee contributions, and celebrating success through meaningful recognition initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Vision: Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and inspiring teams to deliver excellence.
