The Role

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Learning Technology to join our leadership team. This is a strategic, operational, and tactical role responsible for leading the technology learning team, managing relationships with business stakeholders, and ensuring the success of technology-driven learning initiatives across the organization.

As Director of Learning Technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a group of talented learning consultants who focus on the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning programs to build skills critical to Kyndryl’s success. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders, HRBPs, and Learning Focals across Practices, Alliances, Delivery, and Professions to align learning programs with business objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of learning consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality, business-aligned learning programs focused on building the technical and professional skills necessary for success at Kyndryl.

  • Curriculum Design : Ensure the design, development, and delivery of business-aligned curricula that drive performance and engagement, using innovative learning solutions and technology.

  • Metrics & Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business outcomes and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative learning technology solutions to Kyndryl’s learning ecosystem.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $160,680 to $332,760

Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320

New York City: $175,080 to $332,760

Washington: $160,680 to $305,160

Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances :

  • Proven experience with a minimum of 10+ years) in learning and development as well as supporting business units that provide market-facing services to customers, especially around technology

  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams

  • Ability to manage complex relationships with key business stakeholders and collaborate across functions

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills

  • Outstanding communications & self-driven initiative skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Able to influence without direct control and demonstrate developed decision-making capability including negation and collaboration skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills

  • Detail-oriented, flexible and ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.

  • Ability to proactively solve problems to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience

  • Workday learning background preferred
