Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue management team, overseeing all aspects of revenue
optimization. - Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize revenue
and profitability. - Analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer demand to
inform pricing decisions. - Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand and
optimize inventory. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted
promotions and packages. - Monitor revenue performance, identify opportunities, and adjust
strategies as needed. - Conduct regular revenue meetings, providing guidance and insights to
the team. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive
continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a revenue management role.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective
interaction with team members and guests. - Deep understanding of hotel sales and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in major hospitality sales CRM systems.
- Analytical skills essential for identifying revenue opportunities
and shortfalls. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve
goals. - Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
