Director of Strategy & Activation

education/experience REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or related field, required. Master’s degree preferred.

Must have eight (8) or more years’ experience working in healthcare strategy for organizations such as health systems, provider groups, health plans, and/or external consulting organizations. Must have four to six (4-6) years progressively more responsible experience leading teams and managing people. Must have technical expertise in at least four (4) of the following disciplines is required: service line strategy, facility and network planning, physician integration, value-based care, mergers & acquisition, access & consumer experience, and digital & virtual health. Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills and be guided by a compelling client/customer orientation. Must have experience with managing large, complex projects. Outstanding analytical, problem solving and interpersonal/relationship building skills are required. Computer skills are essential and include word, excel, PowerPoint, mapping, and other relevant software packages. Ability to take complex analysis and visualize the analysis in presentation or other formats for the audience to understand. Ability to create summary presentations and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
