In this role, you will lead our Office of Continuity and Records Information Management. Our team will rely on you to provide leadership for agency executives, present strategic priorities for consideration by Continuity of Government (COG) Steering Committee, and establish work plans to accomplish agreed upon priorities. Your work will include developing tools and providing policy guidance and strategic direction for agencies under the governor’s jurisdiction to enhance their continuity preparedness. Special attention must be given to monitor developments in federal policies surrounding continuity in order to integrate these into Commonwealth programs as appropriate. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital in the cultivation of productive cooperation with independent executive agencies, the legislature, and the courts so that our office can effectively guide the Commonwealth towards the goal of an overarching Enduring Constitutional Government framework for state government.
