We are looking for a highly skilled Director-level professional to join a leading consultancy based in Manchester within their fast growing infrastructure team. • Lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as Water, Highways, Nuclear, and Aviation
• Drive business development, leveraging your network to win new work and expand their client base
• Manage and grow a talented team of Quantity Surveyors, providing leadership and mentoring
• Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring successful project delivery and commercial outcomes
• Play an instrumental role in shaping the future direction of the business, contributing to the growth and success of the company

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working within the infrastructure sector, ideally across Water, Highways, Nuclear, or Aviation
• MRICS qualification essential
• Proven experience in a consultancy environment
• Strong track record of business development, with demonstrable success in winning work. If you can bring clients with you, even better!
• Experience in managing and growing teams
• Ability to provide expert commercial advice to clients and manage complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
