Job Summary

Responsible for development of technical advisory / building consultancy services in Poland as well as supporting occasionally projects in CEE cooperating with external consultants. Activities focused but not limited to office, industrial, logistic and retail sectors. Some travel will be required.

Client relationship management skills and support in new business development across other JLL service lines are key to the success of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of projects flow in the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors, construction consulting and technical due diligence preparation;
  • Ensure high quality of services delivered to JLL`s clients and that all work is delivered on time to satisfaction of the client;
  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered in adherence to contractual obligations;
  • Cross sell other services to clients whilst at meetings;
  • Support the Head of P&DS Poland in identifying potential clients as well as potential services;
  • Management of the cost, time schedule and quality aspirations of JLL’s clients in all matters related to received instructions;
  • Marketing, including participation in efforts to win work, presentations and proposals, defining further services, strategies for sourcing new clients;
  • Keeping the role of SME in Technical Advisory service line and taking active part in exchange of experience with PDS EMEA family.
  • Be responsible for invoicing the Clients per agreed schedule;
  • Ensure that each new project is followed by signing a cooperation agreement;
  • Create and maintain list of trusted vendors under framework agreements, negotiate single contracts with subcontractors and ensure that the signed contract secures the interest of the Company, cooperate with lawyers if the need arises and consult/present the final version with/to the Head of P&DS Poland;
  • Provide support and advice to other business lines;
  • Supervise work of junior members within the department;
  • Attend business development events and conference calls;
  • Assist other PDS team leaders in achieving department`s annual target;
  • Comply with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.

  • Clients assignments survey;
  • Preparation of agreed number of proposals and project pitches;
  • Proper and timely preparation of invoicing instructions;
  • Preparation of agreed number of joint proposals and project pitches with other business units.
  • Delivering agreed budget

Skills

  • Strong PM and engineering background;
  • Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work;
  • Strong consulting/business winning/client management skills;
  • Commercial acumen and interest in the wider real estate market;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others;
  • IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office package and MS Project;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Highly developed presentation skills;
  • Time management skills.

  • Display creativity and imagination in tackling problems and presenting solutions;
  • Proactive skills in anticipating problems, and potential solutions, as far as possible in advance;

Experience

  • Over 5 years of PM/Technical Advisory experience;
  • Customer relationship management experience required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant civil engineering or similar university degree;
  • Suitable PM or construction qualification.
