– Full-time, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to midnight

– Lead and supervise the evening teams, particularly those for dispatch, warehouse, and reception of drivers;
– Ensure effective communication between the different departments;
Participate in the daily operations meeting and implement the game plan established for the evening;
– Make informed decisions and respond quickly to unforeseen situations;
– Complete various reports related to line haul and trailer closures;
– Replace the splitters in case of absence or vacation;
– Any other related tasks.Qualifications
– Experience in a similar position;
– Excellent understanding of LTL and TL operations;
– Diploma of Collegial Studies, option transport, an asset;
– Bilingualism spoken and written, an asset;
– Ease in the use of various computer software.
– Ability to work under pressure;
– Excellent priority management;
– Interpersonal and tact;
– Be good at interpersonal communication;
– Autonomy and resourcefulness.Summary
