Distribution Center Clerk Part-Time

Overview

Job Summary:

Responsible for the flow of product, supplies, and miscellaneous goods through the Distribution Center (DC). Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks in a safe, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment associated with the movement of product through the various channels of the Distribution Center.
• Maintain the integrity, security, and accuracy of DC inventory.
• Maintain open lines of communications with fellow coworkers and the DC Leadership team.
• Deliver total customer service to all entities of KPH Healthcare Services.
• Assist in cross functional work assignments when workloads demand.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Skills Required:

• Able to lift 40 pounds and palletize freight to a height of 7 feet.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel and stoop on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
• Possess better than average math skills.

education:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

experience:

• Preferred: Previous experience, but not required

Special Conditions of Employment:

• • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$16.00-$16.50 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
