Bosch is a global leader in technology and services, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Divisional Admin Assistant to the Sales Director; As a Divisional Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Sales Director and senior management, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

You will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall planning and delivery of the Bosch businesses in total. In addition, you will be expected to work with associates throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for Bosch as a whole.

Job Description

Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the Sales Director and other Business Heads (where appropriate) including supporting the organisation of their agenda based on business priorities and major business objectives.

This will include:

  • Managing an active calendar of appointments, arranging business travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Work with the Divisional Admin to support the organisation of Departmental/Divisional Meetings as required including Sales and Marketing Meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact between the senior leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the Sales Director with regards to external board meetings and interactions with Board and industry players.
  • Manage various requests (telephone/teams calls, meetings, visits) originating internally, externally or from the Sales Director
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and e-filing documents.
  • Arranging workshops and team builds
  • Supporting the marketing team with arranging, liaising and coordinating customer events.
  • The active management of divisional tasks / actions via Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Desired Requirements:

  • The ability to speak fluent German.
