What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Necessity for attention to detail.
  • The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.
  • Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.
  • Operate computer control system.
  • Maintain and operate bar code printer.
  • Maintain proper slab dip levels for the compound being mixed.
  • Clean Batch-off bars and dip tank on a weekly basis.
  • Clean out gear pump head and assist with setting up next one.
  • Ensure loop lengths are set accordingly for the recipe being mixed.
  • Ensure rubber compound meets customer specs and is packaged in the proper container neatly.
  • Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures
  • Operating a forklift for various functions.

Your Credentials:

  • One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School or GED preferred
  • Willing to work overtime including weekends
  • Close visual work required.
  • Knowledge of general computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.

The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.

3rd Shift 10:45pm-7:00am
