We are seeking DSP/ Hospital Tripper/ Driver to join our team in our Crafton, PA locations.
Position Details

Interact professionally with medical staff, clients, and external facilities.

Safely and skillfully operate a variety of motor vehicles, including vans and buses.

Understand and follow the facility’s vehicle maintenance and operation policies, including completion of daily logs.

Navigate streets, highways, and locations of single-family homes effectively.

Demonstrate knowledge of departmental and facility policies and procedures.
-
Understand personal hygiene and daily living activities as they apply to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Complete all required documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with residents and staff.

Maintain a supportive and understanding attitude toward residents with developmental and physical disabilities, and accurately record and report behavioral observations.

Communicate effectively using strong verbal and written skills.
-
Lift, transfer, and carry residents, typically exceeding 50 pounds, using proper techniques.
Earn $17.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
