Full time hoursWe are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, prioritise their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone and via email – must be able to respond in Dutch
  • Prioritise customer requests (orders, samples, information, claims, complaints)
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
  • Accurate updating of records and maintenance
  • Meet performance targets and team goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues
  • Generate leads for the sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities
  • Escalate errors or mistakes as soon as identified, apply all necessary corrective measures, and propose corrective actions

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor required skills:

  • Ability to prioritise and undertake numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to record information accurately
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience in SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Dutch
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor Pay:

  • £27,500 per annum

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor Shift:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (working from home on a Friday)
  • Possibility of working a hybrid role
