Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is currently in the process of recruiting a full-time permanent Dynamics 365 F&O Operations/Support Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our growing team. With the ability to work from anywhere in Canada, the position will be responsible for providing post-implementation application support to BDO’s clients, as well as taking part in D365 F&O enhancement/optimization projects.
Working Hours: While the position will typically offer standard 7.5 working hours each day, candidates must be flexible to accommodate shifting their regular working hours to support clients in different time zones (within Canada) when required.
BDO Digital provides implementation and support services for accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) solutions to our clients across Canada. BDO Digital is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and was named Microsoft Canada Partner of the Year for 2024.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O to provide remote client support and consultation regarding technical issues via phone, remote system access and Microsoft Teams information sessions
- Troubleshooting client incidents/requests and reproducing the issues in a separate development environment
- Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives and providing in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas, streamlining customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of D365 F&O
- Lead D365 F&O enhancement/optimization projects to help clients maximize the benefits for their organizations and ensure alignment to their business processes
- Participate in other team initiatives when needed

Your experience and education
Required
- Minimum 3 – 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with strong expertise in either the Finance functional area
- Dynamics 365 F&O certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and general module functionality.
Beneficial
- Experience working and supporting with ISV’s (SKG)
- Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of Dynamics 365 F&O such as Trade & Logistics, Sales or Talent/Human Resources, is preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL principles or working in Operational environment. ITIL Foundation certification would be an advantage
- Knowledge on various Audit process would be advantage

Pay Range: $68,000 to $128,000
