They are on a journey to empower their customers to seize every opportunity to truly transform their businesses.We’re looking for a confident, and experienced Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to join them.What You’ll Do: As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining solutions for customers. Your focus will be on capturing user requirements, running workshops, creating functional documents, and configuring Dynamics CRM CE modules and Power Platform.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Consultancy Best Practices:

• Deliver Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform consultancy, both on-premise (CE) and in the cloud.
• Participate in or lead workshops and requirement-gathering activities with customers.

Solution Customisation and Configuration:

• Customise and configure Dynamics CRM solutions, workflows, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues when solutions don’t work as designed.

Power Platform Expertise:

• Use Power Platform to build power apps, power pages, flows, and reports.

Functional Consultancy:

• Provide functional consultancy on new projects, enhancements, and change requests.
• Modify existing functions and configure new ones based on customer requirements.

Initiative and Collaboration:

• Use your own initiative to configure, test, and deploy processes aligned with business specifications.

Qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform skills.
• Knowledge of customising and configuring Power Platform apps, flows, and portals
• Experience with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
• PL200 Power Platform certified.
