We’re undergoing recruitment for an E-Commerce and Product Marketing Assistant to join our newest client in the Shrewsbury area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce and product marketing to support the growth of the companies’ online sales platforms.

• Monday – Friday
• 40 Hours per week
• £26,000 per annum, plus bonus after completing a successful probationary period.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Creating and managing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Developing and implementing an effective SEO strategy for online sales.
• Collaborating with IT, Graphics, and Sales teams to ensure product listings are accurate, clear, and up to date.
• Managing social media accounts and maintaining a consistent online presence.
• Conducting product photography and testing.
• Communicating with key stakeholders, third-party providers, and customers.
• Assisting with order fulfilment and customer service during peak demand periods.

Skills and Requirements:

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Windows platforms).
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads/Analytics, and social media.
• Competence in photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• A friendly and approachable manner when dealing with staff, clients, and customers.
• Proficiency in German or French (desirable but not essential).
