Home Visitor Assistant

*Location: *Mount Union and Huntingdon

*Position Information: *Full Time/Full Year

*Hours: *40 hours per week; Monday through Friday

Description:

• Assist Home Visitors in planning and implementing activities for home visits, socializations, and Family Fun Days.
• Clean toys that are used each week during home visits.
• Provide childcare, supervising developmentally appropriate activities for infants/toddlers in the classroom during program activities.
• Provide and coordinate transportation for families as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform minor clerical functions such as filing, copying, collating of materials, etc.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, prior experience in working with infants and toddlers and families preferred but not required. Must possess a valid PA driver’s license and an accident-free driving record.

*Working hours are scheduled based upon the needs of the program. Employee will be required to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.35 per hour
