Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time, Long-Term Until July 2026Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher with a positive approach to teaching and learning?Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced professional, we have a fantastic opportunity for you at a small, friendly, and inclusive primary school in Sittingbourne.This school is renowned for its supportive staff environment and its commitment to helping children feel confident in their abilities and achieve their individual best.About the Role:The school is seeking a committed Early Years Teacher to join their nurturing team, delivering high-quality education in a Nursery class. The role is full-time, long-term, and includes full teaching responsibilities until the end of the academic year.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver: Creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe and stimulating classroom where children are excited to learn.
• Assess and Support: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support development.
• Collaborate: Work with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• A positive, adaptable approach and passion for teaching young learners.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Commitment to creating an outstanding learning experience.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
