Who are we? “It’s Banking, but not as you know it”
In the Human Resources & Organisational Development (HROD) Department, we oversee all aspects of strategic people management for the EBRD, from recruitment to learning and development and talent management. The department is key in ensuring that the Bank has the right people in the right places at the right time so that the Bank can continue to deliver on its mission to invest in changing lives around the world.
What are we offering? “Not your average 9-5”
