ECommerce and Marketing CoordinatorLocation: BedfordHours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pmType: Permanent, Office-BasedSalary: £25,000–£32,000 per yearJoin a growing retail company committed to great products and customer service. As an ECommerce and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support online sales and brand visibility. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager to manage online operations and digital marketing.Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce:

• Process online orders and manage stock
• Provide excellent customer support
• Handle courier coordination and shipping labels (Shopify)
• Keep website content up to date
• Help set pricing and promotional offers
• Track and report on sales and KPIs
• Improve SEO on Shopify and Etsy
• Explore tools to improve the online customer experience
• Complete Shopify checkout training

Marketing Support:

• Keep product listings accurate and visually appealing
• Support website and eCommerce updates
• Improve visibility through SEO and promotions
• Run social media campaigns and create content (images, videos, GIFs)
• Assist with marketing tasks and admin
• Design artwork using Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business, or similar (ideal)
• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing (food retail is a plus)
• Strong Shopify/Etsy knowledge and SEO skills
• Confident communicator and content creator
• Creative and driven with a focus on results
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Expected salary

£32000 per year
