Education Coordinator for EMEIA

In the first few weeks in this role you can expect to do some of the following:

  • Training registrar focus: coordinates training activities for customers and/or employees.
  • Develop and update administrative systems and processes to make them more efficient.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Prepare training material, such as instructional notes feedback forms, trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
  • Helps keep the organization running smoothly by handling all administrative tasks. Coordinate general operations, serve as a point of contact for employees and customers alike, and ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
  • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
  • Resolve administrative issues as they arise.
  • Submit reports on training activities and results.
  • Ensure customers, employees, and vendors follow established policies.

About you:

  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience with HCM (e.g., Workday), and productivity software desired.
  • Typical Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent. 3 – 5 years of related experience.
