Join Our Team as an EHS Manager!

Location: Plymouth, IN

Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces, protecting the environment, and empowering people to thrive? We’re looking for a dynamic EHS Manager to lead our site-wide safety, health, and environmental programs. This is your chance to make a real impact – building a strong Safety-First culture while driving continuous improvement across our operations.

What You’ll Do

As our EHS Manager, you’ll be the champion of safety and well-being, partnering with leaders and employees to reduce risk and ensure compliance. Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving employee engagement and accountability to foster a Safety-First culture.
• Partnering with managers and supervisors to strengthen safety initiatives and build trust.
• Leading audits, inspections, and compliance programs to keep us ahead of regulations.
• Guiding new employees through safety orientation and onboarding.
• Conducting Job Safety & Hazard Analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Managing incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Overseeing hazardous waste storage, disposal, and reduction efforts.
• Maintaining accurate EHS documentation, Safety Data Sheets, and compliance logs.
• Supporting emergency response efforts and providing first aid guidance.

What We’re Looking For

We want a leader who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about people and culture.

• 5+ years of Health, Safety & Environmental experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management or Industrial Hygiene (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, independent, and ready to take ownership.
