We are looking for an Electric Motor Winder to join our team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you will play a vital part in rebuilding and restoring electric motors that drive industry forward. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a trusted industry leader.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect electro-mechanical equipment for damage and signs of failure

• Test windings using EASA standards and document electromagnetic characteristics

• Dismantle and prepare motors for rewinding, including stripping damaged windings

• Rewind electric motors, applying proper insulating techniques

• Operate specialized equipment (e.g., winding machines, test panels, surge testers, cranes, forklifts, ovens, grinders)

• Perform final testing on rewound equipment to verify performance and safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate’s degree preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience in a shop or industrial setting

• Previous winding experience is a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful

• Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and on a team

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
