GES is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Electrics Planning Coordinator to join our Central Planning team based at the Excel in London.

As an Electrics Planning Coordinator at GES, you will be responsible for the coordination of key administrative tasks within the Central Planning team. By following integrated planning processes, the role will execute internal and external coordination with a primary focus on Electrics.

Main duties include:

  • Using excellent organisational skills, execute daily job/works order checks, ensuring instruction from all sources are covered, including Clarity and SOP.
  • Collating the correct information received from clients and internal stakeholders, typically Electrics Delivery, Client Relations, Service Centre and Finance teams.
  • Communicating with our clients to ensure order details are correct and meet our deadlines.
  • Using SAGE X3, raise purchase orders as required including labour, materials, stationery etc.
  • Input data into our MIS system Clarity and the electrics show calendar to ensure this is always kept up to date.
  • The booking of all travel and hotels for the Electrics team as required.
  • All administrative support within the Central Planning when required, including absence and holiday cover.
  • Actively engaging in supporting Central Planning (specifically Electrics) as we continue to grow and evolve our process methods with the implementation of new IT supported systems.

Salary

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

Hours of work

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. On occasion you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.

Annual leave

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
