CEMS Engineeringjobs-near-me.orgArchitecture is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical design for projects from concept to completion.  This position is located at our Summerville, SC office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and layout of interior power distribution, lighting, and lighting control systems for building level electrical systems. The individual will serve as an electrical systems designer working on a wide variety of projects located primarily along the east coast. Candidates should have a sound technical foundation and strong verbal and written communication skills. Past experience with Federal clients is a plus.
Minimum Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional licensure in SC.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70, National Electrical Code.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and other standard MS Office programs.
• Minimum 4 years of electrical engineering design experience.
• Design of building interior distribution and lighting.
• Ability to travel and perform field site visits documenting current conditions as well as attending client design conferences, reviews, and project meetings.

Preferred:

• DoD, GSA, or Dept. of State design experience.
• Medium voltage distribution design.
• Power generation design.
• Telecommunications design.
• Revit MEP experience.
• EasyPower experience.
• Lighting analysis software experience.
• LEED AP certification.
• Established NCEES record for licensure by comity in other states as needed.
