Job DetailsJOB ROLE: Electrical Improvers/MatesThe type of project: New Build Energy from Waste PlantLocation of Project: Northwich, CheshireHours: 45hrs per week Mon- Fri, 12pm finish on Friday – weekends will go on as the project progresses.Start date: March 2025Duration: 12-18 MonthsDuties will include: We are seeking skilled Electrician’s mates with experience of work on industrial projects to install industrial containment on a major project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of working on major industrial projects. This role will be based on a new build Energy From Waste plant and will be working for the main E&I subcontractor.The project is set to run from early March and will last for 12-18 months. The first 39 hours per week will be paid at £18.60 + £2.24 holiday pay PAYE with an OT rate of £23.25 + £2.81 holiday pay PAYE after 39hrs.If you have any additional qualifications, the client are open to discussions about offering a higher rate of £22.00 CIS for the first 39hrs with an OT rate of £27.50 CIS after 39hrs.Responsibilities

• Full industrial electrical installation on new build EFW facility – industrial cabling, ladder, tray, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during all tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as improver on industrial sites.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical containment.
• ECS card required.
