Eletrical Project Manager, required for our client, a Mechanical and Eletrical specialist, based in Manchester. The Eletrical Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, tendering / estimating projects, the procurement of materials, labour etc, compiling RAMs and ensuring H&S compliance on projects, programme management and liasing with clients to provide ongoing progress updates.The Eletrical Project Manager will split their time between the office in Manchester and visting sites, as they will be responsbile for overseeing multiple projects at anyone time. Projects range from sites such as hotels, to office and range in value from small works of £50,000, up to cira £1m. The bias of the clients projects are commercial refit and New Build. The Project Manager will have come from Eletrical technical background, must have over 5 years project management experience.Eletrical Project Manager Position Overview

• Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
• Carrying out estimates of projects
• Review technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list.
• Regular contact with clients to keep them updated
• Producing RAMS and safety documentation
• Working from the office in the Manchester Postcode area, with site visits to survey new projects
• Overseeing multiple contracts at one time
• Projects include sites such as hotels and offices
• Values range from £50,000, to circa £1m in value

Eletrical Project Manager Position Requirements

• Previous experience in an Electrical project manager role
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at any one time
• Based within commutable distance to the Manchester area

Eletrical Project Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
• Bonus scheme uncapped based on performance
• Car Allowance £6,000
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Working hours 8am – 5pm – office and sites based
