Electromechanical Technician — First Shift — Weekly Pay

Pay: $25 – $30 per hour

Will be servicing generators, pumps, gear boxes, and more in a small shop setting. Will need to know how to properly troubleshoot equipment, and complete the repairs in a timely manner. There is plenty of room to grow within a friendly, family oriented environment!

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to team members based on skill set and project requirements.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customers’ industrial equipment.
• Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Implement and manage vibration monitoring routes to detect and diagnose equipment issues proactively.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on field service performance and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
