Are You Looking to

• Perform chemical analysis on plating bathes and waste plant discharge.
• Prepare procedures and controls for processes employed in the plating lab.
• Develop, perform and interpret test analysis and results to evaluate chemical processes.
• Train personnel for proper setup and process procedures to clean and plate using the correct methods, correct measuring devices, process control methods, etc.
• Manage waste streams and effectively treat and store hazardous waste.

Are You Ready to

• Participate in ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.
• Monitor process operating parameters and correct deviations from established set points.
• Perform hands-on surface finishing operations
• Prioritize work orders per documented procedures.
