Join us as an Employee Relations Advisor to make more of your specialist expertise and experience.Make your mark in Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory (GLCR)Our Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory (GLCR) team provides first class advice to colleagues and functions across the organization – ensuring AIG navigates an ever-changing landscape that spans state, federal, and international lines. The team has a multi-dimensional impact, from helping avoid legal exposure to collaborating with other functions to develop cutting-edge new products.How you will create an impactSupporting the Head of Employee Relations to deliver to the ER strategy.Providing advice and support to HR partners on employment policies relating to conduct, health/wellbeing, performance, handling informal complaints, and general employee relations queries.Supporting ER investigations with note taking and data gathering.To manage data contained in the ER case management system, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.Collation of monthly information for key metrics, i.e., redundancy reportingProducing high quality documentation including reports, letters, meeting notes etc.To carry out HR project work as required.Update employment policies and relevant documentation.Providing administrative support as necessary.What you’ll need to succeedSound understanding of UK employment lawStrong communication skills both written and oralAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling prioritiesAbility to work effectively under pressure whilst not compromising professional standardsAbility to work with multiple sources of data and assimilate information quicklyIT literacy and awarenessEnjoy benefits that take care of what mattersAt AIG, our people are our greatest asset.
