Staff Needed: One (1) Employee Services Specialist

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience
  3. Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service
  4. Ability to analyze and solve problems in a quick and accurate manner
  5. Proficient in data entry/management and accurate record keeping
  6. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
  7. Experience working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  8. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and other office productivity tools
  9. Manage the district’s benefits programs, including healthcare, wellness programs, retirement/pension plans, etc.
  10. Manage all new enrollments, changes, and terminations, including communication with vendors and insurance broker
  11. Coordinate with the HR Accountant in processing employee information, employee deductions, refunds, waiver payments, etc.
  12. Knowledge and experience with human resource management software such as EduMet and EBIX are preferred.
  13. Bilingual preferred

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
