Staff Needed: One (1) Employee Services Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience
- Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a quick and accurate manner
- Proficient in data entry/management and accurate record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
- Experience working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and other office productivity tools
- Manage the district’s benefits programs, including healthcare, wellness programs, retirement/pension plans, etc.
- Manage all new enrollments, changes, and terminations, including communication with vendors and insurance broker
- Coordinate with the HR Accountant in processing employee information, employee deductions, refunds, waiver payments, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with human resource management software such as EduMet and EBIX are preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
