Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Employer Relations & Recruiting Events Program Manager. Reporting to the Director of Career Development, you will be the key coordinator for all Law School recruiting activities with employers, working closely with students, alumni, and the broader legal community to create opportunities for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate Connections: Coordinate interview programs and resume collections, ensuring that students have access to a wide range of career opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong recruiting relationships by conducting strategic outreach to new employers and nurturing existing partnerships.
- Plan and Execute Events: Organize engaging networking events and educational programs in collaboration with employers, providing valuable experiences for our students.
- Communicate Opportunities: Develop and implement effective strategies to share recruiting information and opportunities with students, helping them navigate their career paths.
- Collaborate with Employers: Consult with recruiting partners to enhance student engagement and foster deeper connections between our students and potential employers.
- Support Reporting: Assist in the collection and reporting of graduate employment data to meet the Law School’s obligations to the American Bar Association.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability work independently with limited direct supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and ability to learn and understand additional software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under stress and short deadlines with a very high attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills working with diverse groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or knowledge of legal industry recruiting practices is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with career service management software (e.g., 12Twenty or Symplicity) is a plus
